This week’s edition of LICINISO examines the ongoing crisis in Sudan, tracing its roots in imperialist intervention, war, class struggle, and the fight for popular sovereignty.

The publication highlights the humanitarian catastrophe facing the Sudanese people, the role of international solidarity in advancing peace and justice, and the responsibility of progressive forces to support democratic transformation.

This edition further explores the historical background of Sudan’s conflicts, the consequences of military rule and civil war, and the urgent need for international action to support the Sudanese people in their struggle for democracy, accountability, and social justice.

The publication also commemorates the life and revolutionary legacy of Comrade Njabulo “Njefire” Dlamini, former CPS International Organiser, whose sacrifice continues to inspire the struggle for freedom, democracy, and socialism in Swaziland and beyond.

Featuring contributions on international solidarity, anti-imperialism, and working-class struggles, this edition reaffirms the importance of global unity in confronting oppression and defending the rights of the people.
