In this issue of Liciniso the CPS discusses the year of action declared by the Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT). In addition the CPS discusses the problems faced by teachers in Swaziland, those being the casualisation of the teaching profession, the unbearable work loads, the unfavorable teacher to pupil ration, and the poor working conditions among other things.
